Las Vegas production · U.S. show support

Build your Las Vegas booth locally.

WHALEXPO designs and fabricates custom exhibition booths from a company-owned production facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. If your next event is at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay or another local venue, your project can be planned around a production base in the same city as the show.

Share the event, booth footprint and opening date. We can review the design, fabrication and installation scope with you, then identify venue services or outside orders that need separate confirmation.

Milestones confirmed before production

01 A local production base

Keep the booth plan close to the show.

A company-owned Las Vegas facility gives WHALEXPO a local production base for projects in the city. Design decisions, fabrication planning and show-site coordination can be discussed as connected parts of one brief. That is a practical starting point for reviewing the event schedule and the work your booth actually requires; it is not a promise that every venue fee, freight service or labor requirement is included by default.

The scope is confirmed for each project. Before production, review what is included in the booth build, what must be ordered through the venue or its contractors, who is responsible for each item, and when approvals are due. Venue access, material handling, utilities, rigging and labor rules vary by event and must be checked against the organizer's current documents.

02 What to send

A useful first brief fits on one page.

Event and footprint

Show name, venue, booth number, opening date and the organizer's floor plan. Include the dimensions as listed on the plan, plus any height, hanging-sign or access restrictions you already know.

Brand and visitor goals

Tell us what visitors should notice, try or learn. Product sizes, demonstrations, storage, meeting space, graphics and reuse plans help guide a design that fits the way your team will work.

Budget and timing

Share a target budget range and decision dates if available. If the show is approaching, include your artwork, approval and venue-order deadlines so the team can assess the remaining scope.

Services to confirm

List design, fabrication, freight coordination, installation, dismantle and any venue services you want reviewed. The written quote should identify which items WHALEXPO covers and which remain with the exhibitor or venue.

03 Dimensions and venue rules

Send feet or metres; verify against the floor plan.

U.S. show documents commonly list booth dimensions in feet. You can send the organizer's measurements in feet or metric units; for example, a 20 × 20 ft footprint is approximately 6.1 × 6.1 m. Include the original floor plan or booth number so dimensions can be checked against the event record before design is finalized.

Please flag union labor, exhibitor-appointed contractor rules, electrical or internet orders, rigging, material handling, fire-safety submissions and move-in windows if they apply. Requirements differ by venue and show. WHALEXPO will confirm the services it can include in the project scope; venue orders, labor and other third-party services remain subject to the venue's rules and an agreed quote.

For a delivered example, see the AUTOPRECUT SEMA Show project on the main WHALEXPO site. It is a completed Las Vegas installation, not a guarantee of the scope or result for a future booth.

Planning a booth in Las Vegas? Start here.

Who can design and build our trade show booth in Las Vegas?

WHALEXPO designs and fabricates custom exhibition booths from its company-owned production facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Share your event, booth footprint and goals so the proposed design, build and show-site scope can be reviewed for your venue.

Can a company from Korea or India hire WHALEXPO for a U.S. show?

Yes. International exhibitors can send a project enquiry for a U.S. event, including a Las Vegas show. The project brief and communication described on this page are in English. WHALEXPO's Las Vegas production base is the U.S. point of reference; confirm any additional language or contact needs when you enquire.

Does the booth quote include installation and dismantle?

Those services should be listed explicitly in the written project scope. Venue access, labor rules and exhibitor-appointed contractor requirements differ by show, so share the organizer's service manual and confirm responsibility, availability and cost before approving the quote.

What information should I send for a Las Vegas booth estimate?

Send the show name, venue, dates, booth number, organizer floor plan, footprint in feet or metres, target budget range and the products or visitor experience you want to feature. Add known height limits, artwork deadlines and requested services; mark anything undecided.

Are venue services automatically included in the booth build?

No. Confirm each item in the quote. Electrical, internet, rigging, material handling, freight, fire-safety submissions and labor may be governed by the venue or show contractor and may require separate orders or approvals.

What needs to be confirmed before production starts?

Confirm the booth dimensions against the organizer's floor plan, design and artwork approvals, event deadlines, venue rules, written inclusions and exclusions, payment milestones, and the party responsible for every third-party service. Production timing and feasibility are confirmed for the specific project.
