U.S. trade shows · International exhibitors

Your next U.S. booth, planned clearly.

Exhibiting in the United States from Korea, India or another market means coordinating a show, a venue, a booth plan and a new set of deadlines. WHALEXPO connects custom booth design, fabrication and show-site coordination through a project brief your team can review in English.

Our company-owned production facility in Las Vegas anchors U.S. project work. Share the event and what your team needs; we will clarify the proposed scope, timing and open questions before production is confirmed.

01 One brief across time zones

Put event details, decisions and scope in one place.

Start with the event name, venue, city and opening date. Add your booth number, organizer floor plan, dimensions and the goals for your U.S. audience. A clear written brief helps your company and WHALEXPO discuss the same footprint, design choices and project milestones, even when colleagues are working from different countries.

You can send dimensions in feet or metres. U.S. floor plans often use feet; for reference, 20 × 20 ft is approximately 6.1 × 6.1 m. Include the original organizer document and its units, rather than relying on a conversion alone. Also flag height limits, hanging signs, demonstrations, storage, meeting areas, power, internet and any other requirements your team has identified.

If multiple people approve the booth, identify your primary project contact and who signs off on design, graphics, budget and orders. The goal is to make open decisions visible, not to assume that venue requirements or third-party services have already been handled.

For products or demonstration equipment arriving from outside the U.S., share the shipment plan and required arrival dates. The quote should identify any logistics coordination requested; customs brokerage, import requirements and shipping services need their own responsible parties and confirmation.

02 Plan the U.S. scope

Know what is in the quote before it is built.

Design and fabrication

Describe your brand, products and visitor goals. Review the proposed drawings, materials, finish, lighting, graphics and included furnishings before approving production.

Freight and move-in

Provide the venue address, target delivery window and move-in rules when available. Confirm which freight, handling, storage, installation and dismantle activities are included in the written scope.

Venue and contractor orders

Electrical, internet, rigging, material handling, fire review and labor rules can depend on the event and venue. We will identify what needs review; availability, responsibility and cost must be confirmed against venue documents and the quote.

Budget and timing

Share an approximate budget range, currency and the dates for design approval, artwork and venue orders. If your event is close, include the remaining deadlines so feasibility can be assessed without an unsupported delivery promise.

03 A practical inquiry checklist

Send the details you already have.

You do not need a complete specification to start a conversation. Mark unknown details as undecided and attach the documents available. WHALEXPO can then respond with questions that help define the next step.

04 International exhibitor FAQs

Coming to an American show from overseas? Start here.

Can an overseas company use WHALEXPO for a U.S. trade show?

Yes. Companies from Korea, India and other markets can send a project enquiry for a U.S. event. WHALEXPO's company-owned Las Vegas production facility provides a U.S. project base; the scope, timing and venue responsibilities are confirmed for each show.

What U.S. cities can you help us plan for?

Start by sharing the event city and venue. Las Vegas work can be planned around WHALEXPO's production base, while projects in other U.S. cities require a review of the requested scope, venue rules, freight plan and show-site services before they are confirmed.

Do we need a U.S. office or a U.S. contact to enquire?

No. You can begin with the English project brief on this page, the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email. Provide one primary contact for approvals and identify the colleagues responsible for design, graphics, budget and venue orders.

What should Korean or Indian exhibitors send first?

Send the event, city, venue, booth number, opening date, floor plan, dimensions, product information, budget range and approval deadlines. Attach the service manual or forms you have and mark details that still need confirmation.

Can WHALEXPO handle our venue and contractor requirements?

WHALEXPO can review the requested design, fabrication and show-site scope with your team. Electrical, internet, rigging, material handling, freight, fire review and labor can depend on the venue or official show contractor, so availability, responsibility and cost must be checked against current event documents.

What should we confirm before shipping products to the U.S.?

Confirm the delivery window, venue receiving instructions, installation schedule and responsible freight party. Customs brokerage, import requirements, shipping and storage need the appropriate providers and written project confirmation.
