When you contact WHALEXPO through this website, we use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and discuss your exhibition project.
Information you submit
The enquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, show or event name, booth size, show date, city or venue, estimated budget, preferred contact method, requested service and project notes. You may also attach project files such as PDF, Word, spreadsheet, presentation or JPG, PNG and WebP images. Each file is limited to 12 MB, with up to five files and 25 MB total per enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
How we use it
WHALEXPO uses enquiry details to assess project requirements, prepare a response or estimate, and follow up about the show you identified. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and access
Enquiries and any attached project files are stored by the website server and are available to authorized WHALEXPO staff through the password-protected lead desk. Attachments are stored outside the public website and can only be downloaded after administrator authentication. Information is retained as needed to manage the enquiry, project and related business records.
AI email drafts
An authorized administrator may use the lead desk to generate an editable follow-up email draft. If the site operator configures an AI provider key, the selected enquiry details may be sent to that provider to generate the draft. Drafts are returned to the administrator for review and are never sent automatically by this website.
